Less sugar

Diet soda or other similar beverages negatively affect our brain’s ability to block excessive caloric intake. That makes us feel hungrier, and eat more. Another version is that their sweetness drives the insulin level up, which, in turn, makes fat-burning more difficult.
Thicker cocktails
Making your cocktails thicker reduces hunger, thus making fasting easier. There was an experiment when two groups of participants received cocktails that were same in content, but with varying thickness. The group that used thicker cocktails reported more prolonged suppression of hunger.
Add fish oil
Fish oil contains extremely valuable omega-3 oils that make fat-burning faster. It is especially beneficial when you exercise physically. Take 1-2 g of fish oil three times a day with food. It does not have to be fish, though. There are special omega-3 containing supplements.
More green tea
Multiple studies by various researchers confirm that green tea is a very effective weight loss tool. Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) that can be found in green tea extract is more effective than the same EGCG in the tea itself. Taking about 500 mg of green tea extract two times a day is recommended.
